Adventure scuba diving for beginners off Nessebar

The offer includes
• Preparation of the equipment (between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on the size of the group);
• Instruction (35 minutes);
• Equipment, preparation for diving and breathing in shallow water (up to 15 minutes). If the time is overdue, it will be taken from the diving time;
• Dive and underwater walk with video recording (up to 30 minutes, instructors reserve the right to terminate the dive for a particular participant in the event of a health problem or panic);
• Completion of the dive, getting out of the water and unpacking (up to 40 minutes);
• Meet at the dive center and download the clips to Flash memory or other type of portable memory.

Contraindications
• High blood pressure;
• Injury to the tympanic membrane (ruptured eardrum);
• Pregnancy;
• Epilepsy.
